Authentic Relating Games, put simply, are one way to practice being human. Throughout the session, you’ll be led in playing ‘games’—experiential exercises designed to deepen your connection with yourself and the other participants, in an environment where it’s safe to express how you feel and think in that moment.

What kinds of experiences are waiting for you? Perhaps, you will...
• Make new friends
• Learn something about yourself
• Learn something about being human
• Find the courage to reveal something about yourself
• Access the compassion to be with another as they reveal parts of themselves

Most games sessions are built around a theme, such as ‘exploring the masculine/feminine polarity’, ‘setting healthy boundaries’, 'presence', 'silliness', and more. This gives participants the opportunity to take a deeper dive into a specific area of their lives.
What are the games themselves like? Some of them are played one on one, some in small groups, some with the whole group. They can be light, fun and playful, or serious and edgy. Almost all of them them have a focus on paying attention to your experience of yourself and others in the present moment.
